BE toll payment

BELGIUM (B) – If the truck tractor is not equipped with an on-board unit (OBU), you should get it at a service point near a border crossing.

50 km away from the Belgium border, plug the OBU into the 12-V socket.

The OBU must have the green light on to indicate that the tolling is active. The OBU must display the truck tractor’s plate number. If the green light is off, you cannot enter Belgium. If upon entering Belgium you detect that the tolling is inactive, stop at the very first truck stop and call your manager.

If the screen displays one of the following errors:

OBU NOT READY, OBU BLOCKED, INVALID DATA or similar, please stop immediately and contact your manager.

Obtaining an OBU

You can obtain an OBU at terminals close to the Belgium border using the AS24 Eurotrafic card.

Please enter the following data in the terminal:

  • Truck tractor’s plate number
  • Euro emission standard (EURO VI and EURO VI)
  • Max weight (60000 kg)
  • Country of registration (if registered in Lithuania – Lithuania)

Scan the following documents:

  • Vehicle registration certificate;
  • EURO certificate;

Select a payment method (AS24 Eurotrafic) and mode (Post-Pay).
The driver gets a receipt containing the corresponding data and a PIN code.

Right there and then, the driver obtains a Satellic OBU, which needs to be activated (connected). Having received the OBU, the driver must call their manager immediately and report the vehicle number and PIN code. You may start your journey only after the manager has provided their permission.
