Condensate in the system
Draining condensate from receivers:
- Start tractor’s engine.
- Pump the air to the maximum.
- Stop tractor’s engine.
- Drain condensate out of all 4 receivers while it keeps flowing.
The more often we drain, the less likely we face a breakage on the way.

Draining condensate from the intercooler
- Unscrew the bolt on the lower elbow in front, with an ample access (7 mm).
- Start tractor’s engine; it must run idle for about a minute until condensate drains out.
- Stop tractor’s engine, screw the bolt back.
- If you fail to do it, you will fail starting the tractor, with the starter operating, and you’ll have to remove the elbow clamp and knock out the ice. The consequences are shown on the picture.
