DPF Regeneration

Instructions for drivers: DPF Regeneration for DAF XF / XG (NGD engine, starting from 2023)

  1. Press the red button located on the wheel to the right.
  2. In the menu that appears navigate to “Soot filter” and select OK.
  3. In the window that opens press the down arrow, then select OK.
  4. You will hear the engine revolutions going up – this means the truck tractor started regenerating the exhaust system.
  5. Never abort regeneration – allow the tractor to complete the process.
  6. Upon completion, the dashboard will display the message stating that the regeneration is complete, engine revolutions will go down, and the system will automatically cut the regeneration process.
