No, it is impossible. A childcare sick leave is only provided in Lithuania if the sick child is considered to be a resident of Lithuania, i.e. is registered with the Register of Residents of Lithuania and has a declared place of residence in Lithuania. - I have a new-born child. May my employer provide me with a paid leave or pay me a pecuniary benefit?
Yes, the employer may grant a paternity leave based on the relevant employee’s application. A paternity leave is provided for 30 calendar days, however, it is not paid for at employer’s expense.
During the paternity leave, the employee receives Sodra’s paternity benefit, if the employee has a social insurance for sickness and is eligible according to the laws and regulations.

First of all, an employee must submit an application for a paternity leave to his employer.
