    \nPlease inform your manager to that effect. You must also fill in the \u2018Manual Loading \/ Unloading\u2019 form in Fleethand.<\/li>\n
  12. I\u2019m facing an axle overload. What should I do?<\/strong>

  13. When will the expenses be refunded?<\/strong>
    \nExpenses are normally refunded together with the salary payment.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Procedure:
    \n\u2022 A driver creates an expense entry in the \u2018Expense Forms\u2019 section.
    \n\u2022 Their manager checks the accuracy of the information provided and the correctness of the filled form.
    \n\u2022 Their manager approves or rejects (specifying the reason for rejecting where applicable) the expenses.<\/p>\n

    Approved expenses may be refunded before the salary day, if a driver files a separate request to that effect (simply specifies that they would prefer getting the money right now, in their tablet).<\/p>\n

    14. Why do petrol stations change so often?<\/strong>
    \nPetrol stations change daily because of the fluctuating fuel prices.
    \nThe locations we select are the most cost-effective option in terms of the final prices given the applicable discounts.
    \nOn the panel, drivers see standard prices without discounts, this is why they may have an impression that fuel is cheaper at other petrol stations.
    \nDecisions are taken based on the actual price offered to our company.<\/p>\n

    15. For how many hours a day can I drive a vehicle?<\/strong>
    \n9\u00a0hours a day, and 2\u00a0times a week\u00a0\u2013 10\u00a0hours a day.<\/p>\n

    16. How long shall the daily and weekly rest periods last?<\/strong>
    \nDaily rest period: 11\u00a0hours a day, and max 3\u00a0times a week it may be reduced to 9\u00a0hours a day.<\/p>\n

    17. My tachograph is out of order. What should I do?<\/strong>
    \nStop your operations and fill in tachograph\u2019s printed sheets or perform manual registration. Please inform your transport manager to that effect.<\/p>\n

    18. Who is responsible for cargo attachment?<\/strong>
    \nThe driver because it is the driver who carries the cargo and must ensure its secure attachment. If the cargo is not properly prepared, the driver may refuse to start the trip until the violations have been eliminated by the freight forwarder.<\/p>\n

    19. May I increase the driving time if a force majeure occurs?<\/strong>
    \nYes, in the EU, breaking the rules is only allowed to the extent it is done for safety purposes.<\/p>\n

    20. What are driver\u2019s required actions when carrying wastes?<\/strong>
    \nTable A must be opened in front of the tractor and behind the trailer. If table\u00a0A is missing in front of the tractor or behind the trailer, report your manager to that effect.

    \nIf you cannot reach the parking area specified by your manager, you must send the relevant message to your manager in advance (1 to 3\u00a0hours before), and your manager will find a closer parking lot for you.
